Websites coordinate

I already have a homepage / internet provider (Worldsoft), which I will terminate; I now have 2 new providers: 1. [login to view URL] (so I secure domains) and 2. a new Internetprovider "GOODNET" (here is a homepage to be created). But with GOODNET, the language is uncanny. I do not know how it works to move a domain from Joker to GOODNET. For that, I need someone who knows it. The most important thing is to set up an e-mail address (GOODNET) immediately so that I can terminate the current provider. It would be better if you could transfer the current domain (at Worldsoft) to GOODNET, if I could keep in this way the current e-mail addresses once and continue to use until the new e-mail addresses (GOODNET) are known. For this I need someone who speaks German, so that I can communicate my wishes. English language would be ok too. I provide the access data.
