In our current setup, we have 5 wordpress installation for the 5 departments of our organization. We have redesigned the website with a mobile first philosophy.
Our needs: Implement the BE theme on all installations with the customizations requested. On the home page you can use the Visual Composer as long as the content is being pulled directly from the relevant database via a plugin shortcode.
We have one section of the website built on the PODS plugin with the custom database table, code will need to be written for this. Our courses pages pull their data from the PODS plugin.

The theme implementation needs to take into account future LTR content. The current inside pages need to be made to look almost exactly the same as the current theme with a few modifications. Smaller featured images, so that more content can be fit into the mobile display.
Content on the home page needs to be pulled from all four sites. We are currently using feedzyRSS, but in the redesign you need to write a few plugins to pull the data from the other wordpress installations.
Content on the [login to view URL] installation will have a custom design. Also using the BE theme.
There is one additional section that needs to be engineered. The events drop down at the bottom of the page needs a custom post type created with all the necessary fields. Then is needs a landing page similar to the other inside pages that has filters to sort by country, city, type of event, etc...
This project has a deadline, it needs to be done in 7 days.
