A Website That Will Allow Users to Build and Export Nice Looking CV's

I’m building a website that will enable people to build their own CV and download it, in a nice looking format, in a .docx and .pdf format. I’m going to build the website in Wordpress, which is essentially just the home page and any landing pages, and need someone to build the actual CV building functionality (from Step 1 at the bottom of the first page of the attached PDF. Grey background section). I’ve designed the whole thing and can provide flat mock-ups (they’re attached to this post too). People will need to create their own user accounts, which will enable them to login at anytime to change, view or download their CV. Users can create a CV at anytime but to actually download it, they will need to purchase a licence. The licences last from 1-month upwards. When their licence expires, they won’t be able to download their CV anymore but will be able to amend and view an ‘example’ copy of it. The payment side will be handled through PayPal, so this integration will need setting up. On the attached mock-ups, it comes into play between page 12 & 13. I’d prefer all the forms to be created using Ninja Forms, however I’m open to alternatives. Every field that is completed by the user, I will need to be able to download the contents in bulk, into a csv. The site will need to be responsive and page speed and page load time is essential. I think that covers everything. if there’s anything I’ve missed or anyone required any more clarifications to give me an accurate price, just message me.
