We have a portuguese portal called EUSOU (I AM), located in [login to view URL] This is a very old startpage and link aggregator (1998) that we intend to rebuild technically. Actually the website is composed by 13 startpages dedicated to different kind of targets. The pages are composed by tables, links, forms and objects and are built in classic ASP... Although he is 20 years old it still have more than 100K visits/months The purpose is to redesign the portal visually and technically as specified in the document send has attachment. Any specific and future information about this project will be posted here The estimates must be accurates, we will spend time studying each proposal and there is no tolerance for changing prices, without any new requirement other that the ones that are defined in the document Previous experience in designing portals/starpages or UI templates is a + Portuguese understanding is ++
