We have a possible membership of 500 000, so we need some of the admin to become automated. Milvets Signup and Process-flow Process Flow [login to view URL] Choose Pay-fast Payment option on Website. [login to view URL] Payment Is received , user is re-directed to Signup platform to complete form [login to view URL] Admin approves user as Military veteran or supporter [login to view URL] Automated letter goes out to user with his new Membership number plus a pdf certificate populated with member details from a template. [login to view URL] Online membership card is created, with his membership number and basic info. [login to view URL] Automated Birthday card is sent on date of birthday while he is an Approved member. What is Needed in backend [login to view URL] is a User Admin Panel, the Main admin panel and Business Login Admin panel 2. Create a database with all member info, Each member Can have about 70 lines of info. 3. Main admin must be able to choose which questions go into form and must be able to add new questions. 4. The system creates a Membership number and QR code for the membership number, as per defined by Main 5. Admin. Admin can choose Mil203, and the next membership number must then be mil204. 6. Main admin must first approve membership before documents go out and membership is created. 7. Once a member has completed the signup form, A welcome letter in his required language to be sent to him with his new membership number, QR code, and some other info as per database. 8. So letters needs need to be pre-designed so info is just added in open spaces on the letter. 9. The system also needs to create an online membership card, looking like credit card layout, with all is membership details ons. 10. The system must be Mobile friendly for users to complete form on mobile, so most option must be click buttons, only text where required 11. The system also needs to automated send a Birthday card to each member on their birthday in the language as per database. 12. The system need to send batch mails if Main admin uploads letter that must go to all. This must be done from Mail provider emailoctipus or other options. 13. Stats and reports on certain fields required eg. Members per city or rank etc. Business Admin panel 1. Business needs to be able to register 2. Main Admin approves them. 3. Once Approved they get Viewer rights, to search and View Registered and approved members by ID, QR Code or Membership numbers.
