got this from my hosting support .. Hello Hammed, Thank you for getting back to us. I noticed the following error in the server logs: Code: [Tue Jan 16 18:35:18.130544 2018] [:warn] [pid 39241] [client [login to view URL]] Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /home/aiki5732/public_html/[login to view URL] I've increased the dynamic timeout for the [login to view URL] script,by including the following line in the .htaccess file, but the script was still timing out.
