Dear Bidders, We are enclosing a document for website development which provides you with our requirements. Bidders with experience in API management and Travel website development will be considered. We will also share the current controller files of each API if needed by the developers. Payment terms will be as follow. 10% On Front & Backend UI/UX for B2B/B2C & XML OUT 80% On completion of Coding & Testing on our servers 5% After 60 Days from Going Live Balance 5% will be paid in 12 installments Bidder should provide all assistance for Maintenance & issues related to API or Website. Bidders will update any changes requested from API suppliers during the 12 month period Bidders to indicate AMC for 2 & 3 Yrs DOCUMENT ENCLOSED MAY BE REVISED WITHOUT PRICE VARIATION PROJECT DURATION IS 90 DAYS PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED ONLY AFTER HAVING THE COMPLETE SOURCE CODE. WE WILL BE HAVING EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ON THE DESIGN & CODE.
