For immediate start. This project is for an advanced real estate component for Joomla since existing components do not have the functionality I need as a website developer. I will be using these components myself as a developer as well as reselling them (Code must be legally suitable for resale.). As such, I am interested in an ongoing working relationship with the programmers(s) for future upgrades, etc. I am open to any suggestions, advice, or recommendations you might have about how best to accomplish the results I need as listed below: Primary Function: - Listings Database - Designed for Joomla 1.5 Basics (similar to Mosets Hot Properties): - Standard listing fields (searchable) and photo abilities - Disclaimer field for listings pages - Photo thumbnails should display larger image without page refresh - Listings directory (for browsing by region, city, or property type) - 3 Listings module(s) (featured, latest, category) - Listings advanced search plugin/module (property features, mls, zip, radius, school district) - Search Engine Optimization - Print, PDF, e-mail listing - Javascript mortgage calculator module (info for current listing auto-inserted) - Trulia, Propsmart, Edgeio compatible feeds (one agency/office ID# only) For registered users: - Searches can be saved for registered users - Individual listings can be saved in commentable Favorites list for registered users - Favorites list is not password restricted so it can be seen by others - Favorites list includes a “show to others” button for e-mailing a link for that page - RSS/e-mail subscription for latest (region, city, featured, searched) listings - "Compare selected listings" feature for registered users Data Import: - Automatic MLS IDX data import component Google maps integration: - Individual listings to display Google map with marker - Selectable overlays ability for above Google map (churches, schools, stores, park, transit, etc.) - Local search overlays (Yahoo) for Google map - Google "neighborhood" map of all listings - Zoomed-out counties map (clickable to above) To consider: - Implement Joomla 1.5 AJAX features
