SYSPRO ERP installation requires Magento front end website

We are a manufacturer of Industrial Control and Automation products based in Hertfordshire, and we are in the final stages of evaluating a new ERP system to replace our incumbent system. It is looking highly likely that we will opt for SYSPRO as the new ERP and they have recommended Magento as the front end website. SYSPRO provide something called a K3 Dataswitch which allows the data to be transferred between back and front ends. We only allow transactions for existing customer accounts (B2B) and have a portal whereby customers can log in to place orders either on account, proforma or pay using credit/debit card. All product data would be held in the ERP. We would need a number of "Special" pages to replicate what we already have - News, Case Studies, About Us, Distribution Network, Services, Downloads etc. We're ideally looking for an individual developer to complete the Open Source Magento website build and ERP integration, although we would consider a small team. We're looking initially for some rough pricing and timeframes to complete such a task? Likelihood of us requiring some Magento training and ongoing maintenance contract is also possible.
