Hello, Regarding to your problems: 1- IP Block issue: There should be some extra protection enabled on your server (CSF firewall, fail2ban, modsecurity etc.) blocking you whenever you visit some urls and/or enter wrong passwords. I can check and fix this issues permanently. 2- Regarding to your VPS RAM usage. If you want to increase memory for it (say from 256 to 512) we can do it within your hosting control panel, however if you want to optimize the server so that server RAM usage will decrease i can work on the server to the best. First solution would be permanent solution but as i mentioned i can perform both solution working with you. I am a reliable and hardworking guy and i never people alone with problems.
