Synchronize Existing Extension with Open Cart Product Options

In the product page of Opencart I have two buttons. One called "Design it for me" which uses OC options (some code modified)The other button called "Design it Myself" which takes user to the Design Tool which uses its own options. Now when I try to add a new product, the options and products are not there in either route. They should also be synchronized so when products are added, the options show up in both places.
I also need it to work with Journal Theme and accept any updates without over writing any mods you may have done.
Please only reply if you have extreme skills as this is complicated.
