Successfully Add Multiple Shipping rates (according to weight) per country to Magento store

Looking for someone to set up the shipping rates on magento version 2.0.
Each country has multiple weight options, and the price changes according to weight. All the information has already been organised and prepared in a such a way that can be imported by magento.
Have tried to import the file multiple times, and it is imported successfully, however when testing the shipping rate on the frontend of the website, it seems only 1 shipping rate option is available per country.
Expectations include: setting up the multiple shipping rates per country using the data provided, if possible to be done by today or tomorrow.
