SPAM control (2) with multiple email systems / multiple domain names

Before explaining, we want to be very clear that we're a Web Agency and we're looking for long term providers that are affordable and also very experienced with lots of years working on hosting environments / very experts in MTA and email marketing in this case. Very honest people, if you do this fine we will give you more tasks of other projects, since we're an agency and have multiple clients / projects, most of them based in WP. So we're still looking for a coder that is honest and make things fast with reasonable prices and also that bills us by minutes. == General requirements for any freelancer in this kind of tasks - Have a good english (we also talk portuguese and spanish, just in case you use any of this languages). - Required to be available to talk via voice in case of emergency or critical issues. - We will value experience with Postfix, exim, ASSP, SpamAssasin, PowerMTA, email marketing, cold IPs, MailWizz, Sendy, [login to view URL] email certs, DKIM, SPF experience, and handling blacklists and also SPAM issues with Gmail and Hotmail. - Available for long term deals and other future projects - We want freelancers that fixes issues in minutes, not in hours. - At least 10 years experience per area. == Tasks to run today: We have multiple email marketing tools, mainly we do use Sendy and MailWizz. We do have clean IPs pools,l but we're using SES to send emailing until we get the perfect way to use our IPs. We're also monitoring our domains and IPs for blacklists with a commercial provider, and there's nothing wrong in domains and IPs used for official emailing. We're detecting some issues with emails arriving to SPAM with clean domains and clean IPs (we do use officially SES, but still ) specially in Microsoft and Yahoo. So we need to request next tasks: 1.- Detect why we can deliver correctly to Gmail but none with Microsoft and Yahoo. Maybe internal bans inside private networks ? 2.- Fix a weird blacklist applied to main GApps domain from [login to view URL], where the error we get is "Domain shares an MX record ([login to view URL]) for a mail exchange which will not accept mail to the administrator". Looks like we0're just banned coz using Google Apps MX ?!?! 3.- Tell us how to warm up our own private IPs (already clean) without the possibility to go to SPAM while warming up IPs. 4.- Give us some other councils in general to manage all this tasks. This is a test, if you work good, fast and are affordable, we will give you many more tasks as agency in the future for sure. Thanks
