I can suggest you a very easy to customization tool, using which you can:
1. Import CSV files (Company Information, Person Information, Call records, Task creation and more).
2. Auto handling of the duplicates (based on name, email or phone number).
3. Filter could be applied to data as required (Filter could be based on Drop-down or values/free test).
4. Insert Data to DB with global unique identifier (includes date created and modified).
5. Send email (configurable to any mail server).
The tool comes with own set of features and modules; which are/could be usable by most of the businesses and disabled on demand.
The tool is quite flexible (Open Source) where features can be added, modified and removed any part of time.
