Service Business Marketplace Creation

I need a business marketplace created. I would like it to be similar tothe PhpRoad project script. The company is defunct and you can no longer purchase the software with support. The software must work EXACTLY like the Scripts Ahoy software with all features and options. The PHPRoad demo script is still up and is located @ Public frontend - [login to view URL] Admin Backend - [login to view URL] Login using the following username/password combinations: Username: provider Password: password Username: customer Password: password Username: admin Password: password The new script would need to have the same functionality as the old one. I do not have the old script for you to look at. Guide: Business = A service based business that is a member of the site Customer = Person needing a service based business from the site. Marketplace = The marketplace site itself I would also need the following features implemented: 1. Stripe payments, including their escrow-like functionality. 2. An escrow system where the customer pays for the service through the marketplace and the funds are held by the marketplace while the work is ongoing. The escrow system would need to allow for a partial payment set by the marketplace to the business from the customer upon commencement of the job (after the accepted bid) and allow for the customer to approve the final payment to the business once the service is completed. Then the administrator of the marketplace would approve the release of the funds to the business. 3. Plivo SMS integration allowing the business to get a text message at the cell phone of their choice with the customer job request and to reply via text message to the job to bid directly to the site. Alternatively, an app can be created to provide this functionality if necessary. 4. The ability to track license information that is submitted upon requesting a new business account. The license information should be visible to the customer when the business submits a bid for a project and should be managed in the backend. The license information should allow for an administrator to check a box that shows they verified the information with the local licensing authority and the ability to show upcoming expiring certifications and licenses. The software should also send e-mails at marketplace defineable times to remind the business to submit the information. I would like to see this project created as a component, modules and plugin of the most recent stable release of Joomla CMS to allow for ease of template editing. This project is for an online marketplace that connects homeowners and property management customers to certified and licensed companies that provide a service to homes and businesses.
