Scrape cars for sale listings from Kijiji and run cars through Canadian Black Book for Car/Truck Values

Here's the project--we will need the copyright and code for the project as well when completed. We expect there to be revisions as we check over the completed project and want 1 month of at least 8 revisions included so we wind up with a software tool that performs as required. We will use HMA for proxies as well. And could run this on a VPS for effectiveness. I'm a car salesman working for a car dealer and this is my part time job--it allows me the opportunity to stay at home and care for my wife who is quite ill. We need a piece of software to extract data on cars/trucks/SUVs for sale on Kijiji and then compare to the value from the Canadian Blackbook. Kijiji Ad URL 2. Kijiji Price 3. Year of Vehicle 4. Make of Vehicle 5. Model of Vehicle 6. Blackbook URL 7. Blackbook High Price 7. Blackbook Low Price 8. Difference in Price between Blackbook High Price then subtract The Kijiji Price (IE Blackbook High-Kijiji Price=$$$$) This software would need to run 3-4 times per day and the results would need to be emailed to us PLUS the results should post to a Google Sheet with the 'Best Buys of Day' highlighter (so in the case above the best buys are actually the vehicles with a high $$$ value.)
