I am reseller for web hosting company. I want a website for domain registration and web hosting. Domain Registration: - User will be able to search for domain name - User will register the domain name after payment through card or paypal - Email will be sent to user with details of domain name and payment invoice Hosting: - Web hosting purchase will be break-down by few packages, or customizable by user - User will choose a web hosting package, Pay for it and then get email confirmation with link to setup user's website through cpanel. default username and password will be given to login. Feedback & Complaint ( FAQ): - Will have ticket based feedback/complaint message box with attachment option. Image, file, doc etc will be able to attach to the message. After submit a ticket number will be issued to customer for follow-up -Will have a chat-box ( live - only when available)
