Real Estate Website Design, Revisions, & Tech Support for Wordpress Site using WPResidence Theme.

We had another designer working on our site and by the end of it our site was in worse shape with many technical issues that we need fixed by someone who knows what they're doing. First, we are looking for someone to fix some glaring technical issues we're having on our website [login to view URL] that are essentially making it non-functional. We would like whoever we hire to be available today immediately upon accepting the job to fix the initial issues and get the site to a functional standing. Then afterwards we would like to move on to improving the design and functionality of the website. We would like any design and functional improvements that you may suggest as well. We also have another much larger project that we would like completed for the right person. I have made a list of some issues that we're having with our website that we would like fixed as soon as possible. __________________________ The initial issues that seem to be making our website non-functional and we would like to be fixed first are as follows: 1. On our main page has a black bar in the header and we're not sure what's causing it but I think it has to do with the functionality plugin that comes with the theme. I have attached a screenshot of the issue. 2. None of the forms are working properly on any of our pages, saying that either the site is having technical difficulties when we try to submit or the GDPR check boxes are not selectable. We are using WPForms plugin. 3. Sometimes when loading the homepage, the grid of properties doesn't load in properly leaving some of them out of place. I have attached a screenshot of the issue. Additionally, there is a line through some text on the listing that we would like to be moved. I have attached a screenshot of this issue as well. __________________________ Then, the next things we would like fixed are: 1. Our image sizes are 830x553 and we would like for the full images to fit in our galleries for our property pages as the person who worked on our site before seemed to just crop and cut off part of the images to fit the gallery box rather than make the full images fit the gallery or inform us which image size we need. You can see an example here: [login to view URL] 2. We have issues with our search function on property pages where the two tabs, For Rent and For Sale are hidden behind the header. On property listings and on property pages I would to have a Sales & Rent price in all applicable areas as follows: Sales Price: ฿1,000,000 Rent: ฿8,000 Per Month With the ฿1,000,000 being the same orange and the ฿8,000 Per Month being orange too. Sales Price: and Rent: can be the light blue that we use for the rest of the site or if you find something more suitable, Im open to suggestions. 4. When the homepage loads, maybe its because it doesn't load fast enough or something but the text seems to jumble up in the top left corner. I have attached a screenshot of an issue we have when the homepage loads and hoping we can get it fixed. 5. We changed our German pages language extension from ?lang=de to /de/ but on the old URLs such as [login to view URL] it is being directed to a blog or something and we would like them to be pointed to the correct pages. __________________________ After having the issues above fixed, we would like to receive suggestions on design and functionality to improve the site overall.
