proxy function wordpress plugin not working

problem: the proxy function in wordpress plugin SNAP is broken
i am using Social Networks Auto Poster (SNAP) to post posts from wordpress to reddit. i have the pro version of this plugin and also bought the API from
nextscripts .com
the seller doesnt reply anymore and the proxy doesnt working. even if i add a custom ip in the setting it post from the ip of the server. so i want to fix the
proxy problem.
i have installed the plugin at pacocan23 .tk/wordpress/wp-admin/[login to view URL] (user: admin, pass: admin123)
as you see i already added a reddit account (admino22 and pass: admin123)
click on [Show Settings]
in advanced you see i have put a proxy ip
test
at pacocan23 .tk/wordpress/wp-admin/[login to view URL] go to the reddit account and click on submit test post to reddit
go to reddit and login with admino22 and pass: admin123
go to reddit .com/account-activity and you see its posting with servers ip ([login to view URL]) and not the proxy ip ([login to view URL])
you wont get FTP details, you can download the plugin at wordpress site.
