Project Managing for WP configurations

We are developing a site on WP customizing a theme.
We need an expert in WP to advice us in how to treat with some tasks:
- WPML/Multilanguage
- Multisite installation and configuration (the site is the first of some similar sites)
- Categorization of pages
- Managing of editors (several editors will be able to change only some specific pages)
- HTTPS configuration
Your role will be to help us in the right configuration of the platform, taking care in all our goals.
We require very good skills in WP and communications, willing to share your knowledge. This is most a job as a consultant and supervision. You will need to configure some of the WP options in case of needs.
