Platform for people to buy and sell slime

I'd like an e-commerce platform built, where buyers and sellers of "Slime" can buy and sell to each other. It needs to have the following functionality: Please read the following before answering: 1) Allow someone who has slime/putty to sell to register a profile (this is a seller) 2) Allow someone who wants to buy slime/putty to register a profile (this is a buyer) 3) Allow a seller to upload a product (with picture, price, description, keywords) 4) Allow a buyer to browse for slime/putty and purchase it 5) Allow a buyer to pay for the slime/putty 6) Products can be reviewed by buyers 7) Administration panel for admin (users, pword resets, blocking etc) 7) I've put number 7 in here again to ensure you've read my requirements. If you have, please write Slime in Purple in your response. 8) Allow someone to find if ANYONE selling slime/putty is in their local area so they can buy directly 9) Allow good rated sellers of slime to be awarded badges for good metrics by Administrators 10) Allow good buyers of slime to be awarded badges for the range and types of slime they buy, by the Administrators
