Pine Script 3 Coding for Trading View Tool

Tool Movement (for TradingView - Pine script 3) - There are to be two buttons that operate this new tool. One is an 'Edit' Button, the other is a 'Move' Button. - The 'Edit' Button, automatically detects any/all of the left sidebar tools that are currently displayed upon the specific timeframe and pair chart that you are looking at. After detection, it lists the name of those left sidebar tools in a drop down box with a check box next to each listing. The ones with the check in the box will be moved according to the functions of the 'Move' Button as explained below. Each of these boxes remain checked or unchecked across various activations of the 'Move' Button. In other words, the edit button does not have to be updated after each push of the 'Move' Button. The edits are saved until manually changed. - Each push of the 'Move' Button works only once and then automatically shuts off until pushed again. - There is an 'Edit' Button and a 'Move' Button automatically displayed on each chart. However, each button contrtols only 1 chart. In other words, if you hit the 'Move' Button on one chart, it does not automatically move all the tools on another chart. - The 'Edit' Button and 'Move' Button are to be placed in the upper left area of the chart display, just below any indicators that are listed. - The 'Move' Button automatically moves the current price to the vertical center of the chart display area. - The 'Move' Button automatically moves the vertical center of each tool to the vertical center of the chart display area. It is understood that this will basically place one tool over the top of the other. - The 'Move' Button automatically moves the left beginning edge of each tool a variable amount of pixels from the right edge of the chart display area. It is understood that, depending on that variable amount of pixels, that some of the tool might be 'hidden' past the right edge of the chart display area. This variable amount is to be listed on the 'Edit' Button. - The 'Move' Button automatically moves the last price bar/candlestick a variable amount of pixels to the left from the left beginning edge of the newly located tools. This variable amount is to be listed on the 'Edit' Button. - The 'Move' Button only moves tools that are on the timeframe of the chart upon which it was pushed. In other words, if you push the button on a 1 hour chart, those tools move. However, the tools on the 4 hour chart do not move. - All coding for this tool should be compartmentalized into various files for easier modification on future edits.
