PHP Modify Linux to Windows

Hi there i own few scripts of php and i want to modify them to use on windows the script i want to modify is for video stream and i want to do few things on the script first i want to modify the player to use with subtitles i have the player and i want to add on the php script and modify the player after on the admin panel i want to modify add another tool like add new video add new video by link or add new video on local server like directory on the database example H://directory/Movies/Action/T/Transformers/[login to view URL] on the database to be add as well like ID Title Age Actors Views Rated Link Directory when the user click on the Movie Title it will play the movie on the player and or other rows as well and on the player page it will show all movies from the same actor to be modify from linux to windows
