PHP Developer Needed

W'e're working on a staff booking portal with a partner developer from Australia. The project is well on its way, but due to workloads and running over deadline, we need to bring in someone else.
The bulk of the database and PHP development has been done, but we estimate we will need about 100hrs on dev, to get the project t a launch phase. and then a further 100hrs to develop and app, and build more functionality.
The hours will be broken down into feature requests with a time and budget to each one.
Our primary aim is to do the dev over the next few weeks and then follow through on the HTML and design the front end in the new year. Therefore we need someone with PHP skills first but PostgreSQL and HTML would be an added extra. Preferably based in Johannesburg.
