Our website is not getting Crwaled by google : site:[login to view URL] - its showing incorrect meta title and meta description

We need someone who have very strong experience in php, MySQL who can find and fix the below issue:
when we type "site:[login to view URL]" in google search page then we get only around 25 results that too have incorrect meta description and meta title.
our website is a search directory website like a [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]
In the front end if we search for anything it will display the result correctly with correct URL.
Also when we generate the site map using any sitemap generator the URLs are coming as below
https://www.mysitename.com/search/course=64&search_city=184
but the actual URL will be different when we really search from front end.

The issue is related to URLs
The website is getting the URL dynamically from the DB and it shows the meta info correctly if we search for something, but the google is not crawling all the links.
