An opencart extension (product option) not compatible with my mobile theme - help me fix

Hi, I have an opencart (1.5.6.4) extension, which is adding a new type of product option to the system, (Checkbox with quantity.) This extension works fine for my main theme but doesn't work for my mobile theme. From desktop site, we can see checkbox with quantity, but from mobile phone, these checkboxes with quantity all don't show. My mobile theme is OMF, a very famous Opencart mobile soution. (OMF, [login to view URL]). I need your help to fix the issues, to make Checkbox With Quantity work on mobile site. You must be an Opencart expert, and very experienced in opencart extension programming. If you know OMF, that's better. I will show you the XML of this extension once you start to work on this task. Thanks.
