OpenCart 2 Custom Report

Hello Devs, *ASAP* I need an OpenCart expert ASAP to develop a custom report. The report will show results from 'orders' database with duplicate records and a counter. Column names that need to be shown will be given. Next to each duplicate entry, two action links, one to display all duplicates (expand,toggle), and one for a checkbox to select all entries except 1. The show all entries link will show results under the record (in-page) immediately. So multiple duplicate entries can be selected and deleted at once. So the admin will go to this report. It will show records with duplicates values. He can expand each (to check and verify), he can hit the select button that will select all records but one (the one with least id number). he will go to the bottom or top of the page to hit the delete button. The delete will delete all selected records and reload.
