Online (website based) proxy checker

Please only people that clearly understand how proxies work and that can speak a good amount of clear English! I need a online proxy checker like this: [login to view URL] It needs to check if the proxy is working and the protocol (socks4 socks5 or http) If the proxy is http it checks if the proxy is elite transparent or anonymous (no research needed how i know how to check it) Also gets the proxy country with the free maxmind country database: [login to view URL] Only working proxies get displayed on the site like this: [login to view URL] But in our own website style and with the anonymity type added And download button to download the working proxies in a txt file Front-end must be JavaScript or jquery back-end must be php and will run on a different server The user can max check 100 proxies at once to prevent abuse
