Hi, We need a form put together as a permission submission system with a basic admin system to manage it. The project will be to be complete within 3-4 or ASAP. Language is PHP and Microsoft SQL Server. (Not MSSQL). The files for the form should be submitted first within 2 days and then work on the admin section while I test and check the form. It's ok for the admin system to be 2 days after that. The form is the urgent part as we may have to make that live while the admin section is still getting set up.
