Online Food Ordering System

For Pizza Restaurant, we need online food ordering system.
We have licenced wordpress theme and have magento right now, but dont need to use magento.
We already setup Gloria Food system, if freelancer need to access the our exist system, we can share in chat.
Customer visit the website and click the order now menu button and access the ordering page, after choose what he/she wants after click add to chart button. When they done, click to my chart button and access their chart and see wha they order, writing the address and choose the right address on google maps, click the ORDER button and done. After that new page appears and shown counter down for applying order by admin(maybe 1:30 minutes)
When the new order coming, admin panel gives the signal(sounds or etc, maybe sms or email too), admin need to check the order and apply or ignore the order.
Additionally we need discounds for product by product or category, together sale :(2 bugers and coke only $9) or 2 burgers and coke only $5 12pm - 2 pm etc.
If freelancer already have their own system and can entegrate to us, its avaible for us.
Freelancer need to have their own portfolio or referance website like food ordering system. Please show us like "i can do this project like [login to view URL]" We need to see what u will do when project is done.
