Need a database that can have participants take an online course (To be developed), a test (To be developed) and then identify if they pass the test of the online course. If they pass they will receive a unique user ID #. We will give multiple opportunities to take test if they do not pass first time. We will develop a clearinghouse of people who pass the online course that will be stored in the database to be possibly accessed by other platforms. The database can be accessed to type in a user ID to see if they past. Will give the user a unique user ID number to be used to enter online events that require proof that they past the online course. There will be a paid aspect to this that will require annual renewal of their User ID #.
User will get a profile and can add further online courses they take to their profile for reference.
This needs to be part of a website that will be established in a wordpress format.
