I need some assistance, PHP and Wordpress knowledge is needed

I've been using a coder for a while but he's stopped replying to me. I have found a small issue on our pricing that needs correcting.
We sell curtains and there are various options that customers can choose from.

Everything on the page works ok apart from when you select Heading Style. At the bottom of the options there are a couple of extras that pop up as an option.
Customers get the option to add a valance or matching tie backs. The price increases depending on your selection. (upgrades).
What I have found is that if you select the Pencil Pleat option at the top of this page, when you select valance and tiebacks the price increases which is correct.
If you select the Eyelet option and continue with the quote the price is ok until you selcect the Valance and tie backs... if you do this the price decreases dramatically which is incorrect.
This won't be a long job but it chould be the start of a partnership with me as I manage 34 + online businesses/wesbites so there is always work to do.
Please don't spam with if you have no idea of needs doing and don't send me silly prices as I know this is only a quick fix.
