- Budgeting, Forecasting and Departmental Analysis.
- Statutory Remittances – Compliances, Payments and Return file- PF, ESI, Professional Tax and Salary Payment Processing in coordination with HR.
- GST Return & Payment – GSTR 3 B and GSTR 1 monthly.
- ETDS Return File & Payment- TDS & TCS quarterly 1 returns.
- Payable and Receivable management – Outstanding Dues 1 and Aging Report, Handling Credit / debit notes, Account reconciliation.
- Meet funding requirement of the company – Raise Working Capital and Long Term Loans– through Banks and Financial institutions.
- Company Law Compliance for Notice, Agenda, Meetings, Resolutions, Charge creation, modification and satisfaction, INC 22A E-Form ACTIVE, Form DPT-3 - Return of Deposits, MSME Form 1, DIR 3 Directors KYC , Annual Report filling and others.
- Liaison with Auditors and Company Secretary for timely compliance of statutory obligation.
- Liaise with Operation, Maintenance, Stores, IT and Human Resource Department
