Need help integrating Sentry Login with phpBB forums

Basically, I need to set up Sentry Login with the payment processor Stripe. From there, I'd need to integrate it onto our phpBB forum so that it will automatically add users that have a current monthly subscription to a user group on phpBB. It must also be able to remove them from this group if their payment fails or does not renew.
