Move Wordpress plugin settings from one website to another

I have purchased a plugin for wordpress called Sumo Rewards and there are many many settings. The issue is you cannot export these settings and I need these same settings on multiple websites. I am certain there is a way to do this through mySQL (maybe import/export then do search & replace on the paths) I am no expert and dont want to mess anything up nor do I have time to be experimenting. I think the process is probably simple and would like the freelancer to give me the steps so I can do this myself next time. Thanks.
