Modifications in Android application and in Web panel

Hello to All, It's a small RAW project which needs some modifications. My request consist of two parts: Web site modification (admin panel in front end) and android app modification. There will be a "template" of both of them which shall be modified. What shall be modifyde in Web site: 1. Adding payment gateways (merchants of Payeer and Webmoney). 2. Make possibility send payments from Web panel through merchant payment gateways. 3. Adding possibility to add my own tasks/surveys for users. This need to be controlled from Web admin panel and displaying in Android app. Example: I will add task in web panel, it will be automaticly shown in Android app. 4. Add possibility earn points by watching ads like in Android faucet apps. Qty of points and ad networks must be controlled from the panel. Modifications in Android app: 1. Adding payment gateways for choosing by user for payment from the app (Payeer and Webmoney). 2. AdMob integration into the app. 3. Add space for my own tasks/surveys with receiving data's from the Web panel (synchronized). 4. Add space and possibility earn points by watching ads like in Android faucet apps 5. Add social share buttons. All what will needed for this project (app templates, Web panel, data bases...) can be downloaded from the link which is writen in the attached txt file.
