(On mobile website) Show moving arrow on screen after clicking button

Hey there, The title says (mostly) all. When a user, on mobile website, clicks a certain button I want there to show a moving arrow in a specific part of the screen. Clicking button shows a web push notification prompt "Do you want to allow notifications?" I want it to also show an arrow that points towards "Allow". PLEASE FIND ATTACHED files of the page + the arrow I'd like to use. And also a screenshot/mockup of how I'd like it to look. The arrow should be MOVING up and down pointing at the Allow button. PS. If you look on DESKTOP on this site, you will see exactly how the arrow should move - because it works on desktop, just I dont have it for mobile yet. Looking forward!
