Mining pool install, and set up, multi coin, alt coins php-mpos

I require the following: 1. Recommendation for efficient server (VPS) deployment in multi-location (eg using amazon, google, MS server, Alibaba cloud, instances in different locations - your suggestions are welcome and show your knowledge) 2. Installation and configuration of php-mpos ( see github [login to view URL] ) on servers. 3. Configuration to include various multi coins ( see [login to view URL] for inspiration and examples) 4. Suggestions for, and implementation of, simple css page to give branding. 5. Provide instructions on installation steps and, how to add new coins, to express your capability. I wish to engage a person who is capable, and knowledgeable in this area. The code is open source and well known in the field. Possible ongoing work to maintain, if we work well together.
