Merge two Wordpress Themes Into One

We have two themes that we would like merged into one. We would like to take the header, footer and single layout from [login to view URL] and put them into our [login to view URL] layout.
Additionally, we need the "story mode" featured that is show on the main page of [login to view URL] added to the layout at https://dev.ringsidenews.com. It's a feature that allows our users to browse our stories "Snapchat/Instagram" style. This feature is available in a block on the main page, and featured in the navigation on single.php.
We also need the menu and search bars transferred from ringsidenews to [login to view URL] as well.
Everything must look and act the same.
We have the source code for both sites, as we own them. We just need certain aspects moved to the [login to view URL] layout. We need someone to start right away as well.
