Mat Marketplace

Looking for a full design of a marketplace consisting of advertisements, username login and a possible auction system. Need to be able to create ads easily as the administrator. We are looking for a basic website where the admin posts the ads and we either have bids online or an auction system. we will ned logins for the buyers and a possible payment systems to take deposits to enter the auction Possible integration of a payment system for deposits, depending on the price.
