Marriage Certificates Search and Verification Portal

A publicly searchable marriage Certificates Search and Verification Portal. USER INTERFACE 1. Visits website 2. Input marriage certificate number or date marriage was conducted 3. A brief information (Marriage Certificate Number, First names of bride and groom, date marriage was conducted. Two links to either request for a full certificate or certified true copies of the certificate. 4. Both links take user to a payment gateway (e.g paystack) to make payment. 5. User input full name, email address, phone number, select download certificate or request certified copy 6. If Download Certificate is selected, it display the amount and if Request Certified Copy is selected, it displays a different amount. 7. Upon successful payment, user is redirected to a page showing payment is successful and certificate will be processed. 8. If payment was made for Download Certificate – a link willl be provided to download the Certificate. All certificates have been scanned and uploaded in the database for callup by document number ONLY UPON SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT. 9. If payment was made for Cerrtified Copy of Certificate, upon successful payment, user is redirected to a page showing payment is successful and certificate will be processed within 3 working days. A link to show status of request. 10. User can track status of certificate to be delivered by courier service. When tracking status is DISPATCHED – name and phone number of the dispatch rider is provided. ADMIN INTERFACE - All issued certificates will be scanned and uploaded to a database and searchable by marriage certificate number or date marriage was conducted, last name of either groom or bride, month of the year, year by year - An interface for Admin to Manage existing and uploaded certificate (delete, disable, download) - An interface for Admin to upload new certificates and input all details (bridge name, groom name, date marriage was conducted, phone number, email address etc) - Search by Admin should provide detailed information of the certificate - Each certificate in the database can be called up for download upon successful payment by user - Ability to make able post status of each certificate to be delivered via courier service. Tracking Status: Processed, Dispatched, Delivered - DISPATCHED – option for Admin to provide name and phone number of dispatch rider
