Dear Sir, Thanks for posting Magento related project. The TTFB issue in Magento 1.9.x you are facing, is depending on Server specifications and Code optimization. The theme you are using may be the issue. So, before i commit on that, I need the full access of FTP and Magento backend access. Hope I can fix the issue and make it work for you.
