Magento site 1 - continued

I am looking for a magento 2 developer who has good experience in it. Also can do major customizations. A new site is required. - A new site Magento 2 ecommerce site is required. - Weekly deliverables to be decided on week-on week. Use Jira. - multiple discussion in a week to understand the requirement - Initially a few configurations and add-ons are required - Post that there will be some major customization - Security of VPS/Apache server required. I have document for Security changes required. - Optimization of Magento server required. - Multi vendor, multi locale, multi geo location, post paid options are some of the features. Think like a mini [login to view URL] shopping site where vendors can have their own pages. - Any content added by vendor or major actions by different teams has to be reviewed. - Multiple perspectives of site required like sales, vendors, vendor management team, customers, support team, Technology team, Content management team, etc.. All code has to be checked into our git. The requirement has to be detailed and entered into JIRA. While setting up the test env, the code has to be taken from git and then built up. No copy paste from dev-env. Our test hosting environments will be provided. Currently it is on shared platform. Near go live, if required will move to VPS Once the first site is complete, we have another e-commerce site to be built, so it can be a long term project. Requirement details will be updated later as this is more of a hourly engagement. Initial Requirement document is provided in Attached document. - Provide ball park estimate of phase 1 and phase 2 separately. - At start of project will require weekly milestones to be set. - Project will be tracked on a high level based on the milestone. Since this is a ballpark number, we understand there will be some deviation in final deliverables as there will be some adjustments over the period. That is the reason for hourly project. - For each requirement collaboration required on how and when to be implemented. - Simple activities to always be taken on precedence.
