Looking for Property Management Software

I am looking for Custom Property Management Software that will help multiple people/groups manage a vacation house. Usually there would be about 5 group aka 5 families. 1) Automatically Assign Vacation weeks to the group . so group 1 would be assigned July 1 - July 7, group 2 would be assigned July 7-14, etc.. They following year the weeks would rotate 2) Allow people to trade the assigned weeks to each other, if 2 people agree to swap they can do it in the app 3) Support tickets - For Example: If group one has problems in the house they will create an incident Report. It could be that the Air conditioning isn't working 4) Expense Report - any group can add expenses . Each owner will share in the expenses 5) Voting system --- Who want to repaint the wall the cost would be $500 .. It get put out to Vote - 3 People Agree on the change and it gets done. The estimate is added in the system and the actual costs when its done 6) automated email to the activities of the house, bills, reminders, alerts, etc 7) User management portal I need the Ability to add houses and add people to each house. It may be possibly that one group will have access to multiple houses.. But each house is its own unit (their own support tickets, expenses, people etc) I would love this to be written for a well know portal /management app like a sales force, Netsuite, quickbase. Its not a deal breaker if its not but let me know what you think is best. I ideally like it running on AWS. I also need a team to talk to to help plan, that has good communication and has ongoing support to do updates and make changes.
