I am looking for a site as per the description. This is an extension of a business [login to view URL] i want to sell the idea of businesses sending prospective clients video. So my clients would record a short film on a device/phone/tablet/ipad etc and send it to their customers. Their customers would receive a link to click on through email and to their mobile through text, they would then click on that link to view the short video. so the link would need to take them to the playable video. My clients , the businesses who buy this service from me would then need to be able to see if the video link had been clicked on, if the video was viewed, when it was viewed, date and time ETC. theY would need to be able to see what members of their staff had sent the recording (i guess this could be through their staff members selecting themselves from a staff list)
