Laravel and SQL database specialist/developer V2 - 01/05/2018 21:50 EDT

Need a developer that uses LATEST Laravel framework and knows the way of the SQL. The project in question already has a website and currently experiencing developmental difficulties involving dynamic variable database and deployment on godaddy hosting. What does the project do? - The website is a receiving and visualizing and monitoring tool that has many hardware devices submitting some data from sensors via URL. Example http://localhost:8000/api/computer/submit?id=1&VariableName=VariableValue&VariableName=VariableValue&VariableName=VariableValue& - The submitted data then gets time stamped and stored in the database for further visualization and monitoring. For example moisture sensor reports value above set acceptable range then selected users will be notified. What does the project needs? - Engine to handle variable submission via URL in specified above format. Engine needs to stay flexible and not hardcoding any variables due to changes of the variable names that come in with different hardware that is reporting in. - The submitted and time stamped variables need to be put in pretty charts to visualize changes over long periods of time. Ability to choose from many different chart types is a must due to the data type and relation with other variables. - The data needs to have ability to set thresholds for when value of chosen variables goes under or above the specified range which will notify selected users in case of that happening. - General continuation of the development since not all features have been implemented as of yet and I am sure as project progresses more features will be required. Minimum requirements? - Any scripts or frameworks or code must be of newest latest version when using someone else's code. - ALL communication about the project must stay on Freelancer.com meaning, skype, whatsapp, viber, wechat and whatever else there is not acceptable! - Many milestones may get created but released AFTER SATISFACTORY CODE IS DELIVERED. I am not paying for something that has not been delivered and working as desired also 50% now and 50% upon completion is NOT going to work for me. - Fast turn around times. When you submit new revision I will write up a changes list and send it right back to you, I would like to keep a new revision change every 24-48 hours. - The project must be in beta stage by end of June. The site may be moved to Amazon servers if database is not keeping up on godaddy hosting and July-August is going to be beta testing period.
