I need an Inventory System which run based on Google Spreadsheet and all orders will be handled by GravityForm. Payment gateway plugin for third-party for GravityFrom is readily available. All successful purchase will automatically update the stock count in Google Spreadsheet.
Note: This business is currently processing hundreds of orders daily,
Features I need.
1. The owner can add/edit any product on the Google Spreadsheet - Name, Stock Count, Price. (will be added later)
2. Auto Generated Product Code for every product added into Google Spreadsheet. Example: Adidas Feather Light Shoe for Women Pink Size 42. Code Generated AFLSWP42 as the item ID. Why? Because to ease customer to order as we are not using cart system. The owner will share the code on FB page. The customer will copy the code and paste on GravityForm.
3. Multiple product purchase on 1 single order.
4. All successful orders will be populated into a specific Google Spreadsheet (I suggest using Zapier) and auto-create the Order No for reference.
5. A customer dashboard which can display the order status when they enter their Identification no (will be collected on order form) - No need for login/registration.
6. I need another page with payment (gravityform), as the business accept deposit and next payment (up to 3 times for a purchase). The next payment will go through based on Order No input by customer and update the paid amount in the order google sheet.
Wordpress setup and hosting will be handled by myself. Your job is to provide the job scope as above,
