Interactive "Post-it-note" wall

Hi PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE OR EXAMPLES OF SIMILAR WORK YOU CAN SHOW ME IN YOUR PROPOSAL OF THIS TYPE OF WORK. I'm after an interactive wall, that looks like different "post it notes". (Like the attached but will have many more shown). The feature will be added to a Wordpress backend. The wall will allow website users to add a "dream" via what we want to call a Stickie (or Post-it note). This will be done by entering the information below via an online form, and this is then saved to the "Dream Wall" - [login to view URL] ADDING A DREAM - [login to view URL] - User will come onto the web page - User will be able to click "Add a Dream" - Enter Some details (This will be needed to be captured for marketing purposes via the admin) (This is the interactive section and functionality 1) Select a coloured ‘stickie’ (this pops up large and allows you to type in your dream) 2) Tell us what your dream is in XXX words or less 2-2) - Name, Email, Phone etc. (This may change) 3) Click SEND and we’ll post your ‘stickie’ onto our Dream Wall 4) 5) We’ll draw the dream on XXX and announce the winner on our Facebook GENERAL USERS - [login to view URL] General website viewers will be able to come online and Click on other ‘stickies’ to see what other people are dreaming about. This will enlarge the stickie and be able to be viewed IMPORTANT NOTES - These will need to be secure from hacking - Users will not be required to login to enter a dream - All information collected, needs to be saved in a database - Screenshots are not finalised, but you will understand what we require - All entries need to be CONFIRMED by the admin prior to them appearing. We need to be able to delete them also - Admin - needs to be able to view all information in the backend including user details linked to their dream
