Looking to integrate an MLS real estate listings database into my website through RETS. !!! NOT IDX / IFRAMES !!! The listings need to be downloaded through RETS and uploaded to MY server. It needs to update itself every 15 minutes to see what new listings have been added to the MLS and which ones have been removed and take corrective action on my server to add or remove new and old listings. For example: A relator adds a new house to the MLS listings database. My website / web application you've developed sees the new listing (through RETS) and automatically creates a new page / listing on my server and webpage with all the details: title, photos, location, tax info, etc. On my home page i need a search that can sort the listings on my page based on price, location, bedrooms, etc
