Integrate Image Gallery and Newsletter with existing html page

I would like to integrate an image gallery and a newsletter with the template at [login to view URL]
Gallery: Gallery will have 30-40 images but only 6 will show at anytime. User should be able to scroll right and left to see additional thumbnails. Clicking a thumb would open the image using fancybox. When fancybox is opened, they can close it or navigate the rest of the images. Images will lazyload.
Newsletter: When user clicks the subscribe button, open a fancybox with the newsletter fields (name, email) and captcha. Subscriptions to be stored to MySQL.
